He is Board Certified, Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Lowell is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Planned Giving Council (Past President), Lee County Leave a Legacy Council (Past Co-Chairman), Lee County Estate Planning Council (Past President), The Florida Bar Association and American Bar Association.
