Corey Vertich, CFP® is an owner in UVW Advisors, LLC, an independent financial planning firm. For his clients, Corey takes the role of the Family’s Chief Financial Officer, providing comprehensive estate, financial, retirement and investment planning for successful families.

He earned the CFP designation in 1994. He is a Past President of the local chapter of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, later known as the Financial Planning Association; and was selected as a Forbes Best in State Financial Advisor from 2020 to 2023. Enthusiastic about expanding and improving our profession, Corey shares his experience and knowledge by mentoring new advisors and speaking to professional organizations and industry groups on a wide variety of financial topics. Corey is the fourth generation of his family in financial services. This year marks his 35th year serving clients.

Active in the community, Corey gives his time and talents to various charitable organizations, serving as past campaign chair and active board member of our local United Way and President of the Southwest Florida Symphony Endowment Foundation. As an Eagle Scout, he has long been active in Scouting.

With his fiancé, Shelli and their three dogs, they divide their life between their homes in Fort Myers and Hendersonville, NC. Enjoying the outdoors, gardening, and woodworking ensures life is not all work and no play.
