Heidi M. Brown is an attorney with Osterhout & McKinney, P.A., and she is board certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Medicaid, VA Planning, Special Needs Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration. In addition, she is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to represent claimants for VA benefits.

She is the Co-Chair of the Medicaid Committee of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section. She is also active with the Real Property, Trusts and Estate Law Section (RPTE) of the America Bar Association (ABA), where she serves as Co-Chair of the Elder Law and Long-Term Care Committee.  She is also a past president of the Estate Planning Council of Lee County (2013).

She is admitted to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia, and New York, and is an Associate Member of the Virginia Bar.
