Michael Sneeringer is a senior associate at Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, LLP, practicing estate planning and wealth preservation within the firm’s Corporate Department. His major areas of focus are estate planning, estate administration, asset protection and tax law.
Michael has published numerous articles on estate planning and wealth preservation. He is an associate articles editor for Probate & Property Magazine and reports annually from the Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning for the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.
Michael holds a B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College, a J.D. cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, and an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Wisconsin, and Ohio.
He was named to the Florida Super Lawyers®, Rising Stars Edition 2019, the Naples Illustrated, Top Lawyers 2019, Trusts and Estates, and was the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section At-Large Member of the Year Award in 2017.
Cancellations: If you cannot attend after reserving, please notify the Secretary as soon as possible by email (EstatePlanningLee@gmail.com) or by phone (239.433.4662). (This will be helpful to the Club; and may save the Council money even if your cancellation is on the day of the meeting.

Reservations: Note that your reservation is not complete until you see ""Event RSVP" and the "Thank You" for your reservation. Select one of the menu choices. Members then select "pre-paid." Guests ($35) and individuals studying for Council-recognized designations/exams (CFP, CLU/ChFC, CPA, CTFA or the Bar) ($25) then select either "pay at the door" or "credit card or PayPal".
