Trust & Estate Case Law Update

C. Richard Mancini, JD, of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, PA, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator who concentrates his practice in the areas of trust & estate litigation, contested guardianships, business litigation, banking & financial institutions, and mediation and arbitration. Richard handles contested estate and trust matters, breach of fiduciary duty litigation, and representation of the fiduciaries or beneficiaries of estates and trusts.
He represents clients in complex business disputes, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, as
well as real property litigation and foreclosures. In addition, Richard is a FINRA certified arbitrator and represents clients in securities and investor related disputes. Richard is admitted in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United
States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He holds an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
Prior to law school, Richard was chief executive officer for a public/private economic development alliance in Alabama and formerly Vice President of the Greater Brandon (Florida) Chamber of Commerce where he acted as a liaison between the business community and governmental agencies concerning all aspects of community development. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin in 2008, Richard was a partner with a Naples law firm.
Richard is on the Board of Directors of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as Chair-elect. Rich is the Past Chairman of the Board of the Bonita Springs/Estero Economic Development Council (BSEEDC). He also serves on the Board of Naples Christian Academy.
