R. David Isley CPA PLLC provides accounting services in the areas of forensic accounting, litigation support, fraud investigation and prevention, and business management advisory services.
Mr. Isley has nearly thirty five years of accounting and business financial management experience. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both finance and accounting from the University of South Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
The focus of David’s practice for the last twenty two years has been forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support. David has provided expert testimony and depositions in numerous cases in the 20th Judicial Circuit and other state and federal jurisdictions throughout Florida. He also serves as a Court appointed receiver in both liquidating and operating receivership cases in state court. He has been involved in the management and operation of businesses in a variety of industries. He is a speaker and guest lecturer at Florida Gulf Coast University’s Forensic Accounting classes and is a proud United States Navy veteran.
