Peter was in private practice 12 years in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, taxation, corporate law, business succession, real estate, probate & trust litigation. He received his B.S. in Cardiopulmonary Science from UCF; a B.A. and M.A. in History from USF; J.D. from NSU; and LL.M., Estate Planning, U.M. Peter is a member of the Florida and North Carolina Bars; Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee County Bar Associations; American Bar Association (Real Property, Trust & Estates; Tax Sections); and Federal Bar Association.
