Lowell S. Schoenfeld, JD, LLM, principal of Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Jennifer Hammond, currently studying for the Florida Bar Exam, works at Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP. She comes from a fascinating background here and abroad encompassing asset tracing; unwinding complex business structures and transactions; investigating fraud and misconduct issues using proportional and phased solutions; assisting clients detect, deter and respond to allegations of waste, fraud and abuse; and drafting and implementing compliance program components.
