This will be our annual joint meeting with the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.

What is it that every single one of our clients and donors want? What is it that each of us wants? Do we come into work every day to simply pay the mortgage and put food on the table? What are we truly after?  Craig R. Hersch, a Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney of the Sheppard Law Firm, will help identify the four freedoms that your clients desire and that you desire.  When put into this context, figuring out how to better serve our clients and lead a balanced life becomes evident.

Craig R. Hersch is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney and holds his Florida CPA license. Craig is a partner at Sheppard, Brett, Stewart, Hersch, Kinsey & Hill and has created several unique processes tied to his estate planning and administration practice, including The Family Estate &  Legacy Program™ and The Estate Settlement Program™. He is the author of two books, Common Cents Estate Planning and Legal Matters When a Loved One Dies, and is working on two more books that should both be published in 2016. His work has appeared in several professional journals, including The Practical Tax Lawyer, Trusts & Estates Magazine, and The Florida Bar Journal. Sanibel's Island Sun newspaper publishes Craig's weekly estate planning column and it also appears as a blog on his firm's web site. He has been a continuing education lecturer for The Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Craig enjoys competing in triathlons, having finished an Ironman distance race and seven half-Ironmans over the last five years. Craig is married to wife Patti and they have three daughters, Gabrielle, a Junior at Brandeis University near Boston, Courtney, a freshman at the University of Florida, and Madison, a sophomore in Fort Myers High School's International Baccalaureate program.
